These homemade chicken tenders are a healthier twist on a fast food classic. Coated in a flavorful breadcrumb mix and baked in the oven until golden and crispy, they deliver the same satisfying crunch without oil or deep frying. Each bite has tender juicy chicken inside and a crisp savory shell outside. The magic comes from seasoning both the chicken and the coating. Garlic and onion powder, paprika, and a touch of grated cheese build flavor without overpowering. A quick egg dip helps the coating stick, and a drizzle of olive oil over the top ensures they crisp in the oven.Great for feeding a crowd, filling lunchboxes, or meal prepping for the week. They taste amazing fresh out of the oven and reheat beautifully the next day.
