Ingredients
  

  • 2 large boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 and one half cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and place in a bowl.
  • Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
  • Add minced garlic and butter to the pan. Stir and let the garlic infuse the chicken for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Warm tortillas on a dry skillet for 10 seconds per side or microwave covered for 15 seconds.
  • Place cooked chicken down the center of each tortilla.
  • Top with shredded cheese and optional herbs.
  • Fold the sides in, then roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Place each wrap back on the skillet seam-side down. Toast for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
