- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 and one half cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Fresh parsley or chopped green onion for garnish
