- 3 cups diced seedless watermelon
 - 8 fresh basil leaves
 - 8 fresh mint leaves
 - 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls
 - 8 thin slices of prosciutto
 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
 - Salt to taste
 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste
 - 8 wooden skewers

Wash and pat dry all fresh produce.
Cut the seedless watermelon into bite-sized cubes, or use a melon baller for a rounded shape.
Tear prosciutto slices into smaller strips, enough to wrap around a mozzarella ball or watermelon piece.
On each skewer, thread one watermelon cube, one basil leaf, one mozzarella ball wrapped in prosciutto, another watermelon cube, and one mint leaf. Repeat until the skewer is full but not overcrowded.
Arrange finished skewers on a serving platter.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
Sprinkle lightly with salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance flavor.
Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving.
