- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
 - 1/2 cup milk of choice
 - 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 2/3 cup diced fresh strawberries
 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
 - Pinch of salt

In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and salt until well combined.
Gently fold in the diced strawberries, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Pour the oat mixture into a mason jar or airtight container and seal with a lid.
Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
In the morning, remove from the fridge and give your oats a good stir.
Top with extra fresh strawberries or a dollop of yogurt if desired before serving.
