Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chia seeds, and salt until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the diced strawberries, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Pour the oat mixture into a mason jar or airtight container and seal with a lid.
  • Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
  • In the morning, remove from the fridge and give your oats a good stir.
  • Top with extra fresh strawberries or a dollop of yogurt if desired before serving.
