Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Kosher salt to sprinkle

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to drop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them at least 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon to form thin rounds.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt over each chip.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until chips are dry, crisp, and golden brown around the edges. Watch closely near the end to avoid burning.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet to finish crisping.
  • Transfer to a serving dish or airtight container.
