- 1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Kosher salt to sprinkle
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until evenly mixed.
Use a spoon or small cookie scoop to drop small mounds of the mixture onto the baking sheet, spacing them at least 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly with the back of a spoon to form thin rounds.
Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt over each chip.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until chips are dry, crisp, and golden brown around the edges. Watch closely near the end to avoid burning.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet to finish crisping.
