Ingredients

  • 1 box flavored gelatin 3 ounce package
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • Pour the flavored gelatin and unflavored gelatin into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the boiling water to the gelatin powders and stir until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  • Add the mini marshmallows. Microwave the bowl for 20 to 30 seconds to help melt the marshmallows.
  • Stir until the marshmallows fully melt and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  • Pour the mixture onto a silicone baking mat or a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even thin layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Transfer the tray to the refrigerator. Let it chill undisturbed for at least 4 hours or until fully set and firm to the touch.
  • Once chilled, gently peel the gelatin sheet from the mat or parchment. Place it smooth side down on a cutting board.
  • Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the sheet into 1-inch wide strips.
  • Roll each strip up tightly from one end to form spirals.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
