- 1 box flavored gelatin 3 ounce package
 - 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
 - 1/2 cup boiling water
 - 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Pour the flavored gelatin and unflavored gelatin into a mixing bowl.
Add the boiling water to the gelatin powders and stir until completely dissolved (about 2 minutes).
Add the mini marshmallows. Microwave the bowl for 20 to 30 seconds to help melt the marshmallows.
Stir until the marshmallows fully melt and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Pour the mixture onto a silicone baking mat or a parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even thin layer about 1/4 inch thick.
Transfer the tray to the refrigerator. Let it chill undisturbed for at least 4 hours or until fully set and firm to the touch.
Once chilled, gently peel the gelatin sheet from the mat or parchment. Place it smooth side down on a cutting board.
Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the sheet into 1-inch wide strips.
Roll each strip up tightly from one end to form spirals.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy.
