  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, honey, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  • Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet with space between each cube.
  • Roast for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy at the edges and fork-tender in the center.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm.
