Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 cup frozen corn thawed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • Fresh parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the diced cooked chicken and thawed corn until evenly combined.
  • Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions, using water or broth as needed.
  • Spoon the prepared stuffing over the chicken mixture, spreading it out gently. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the stuffing.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and the stuffing is golden and slightly crisp.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
