Ingredients
  

  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 egg beaten (for sealing)
  • Cooking spray
  • Powdered sugar for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Lay one egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with one corner pointing toward you.
  • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of the wrapper and top with 1 to 2 teaspoons of cherry pie filling.
  • Fold the bottom corner up over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll up tightly. Brush a little of the beaten egg along the top edge to seal the wrapper.
  • Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  • Lightly spray the outside of each egg roll with cooking spray to help them crisp up in the air fryer.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
  • Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove with tongs and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Dust with powdered sugar just before serving.
