Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly. Cut any larger ones in half so all pieces are roughly the same size.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, rosemary, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
  • Add the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overcrowding so they roast evenly.
  • Cook for 15 to 18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping. The potatoes are done when the outsides are golden and crispy and the insides are fork-tender.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve hot.
