- 36 Oreo cookies
 - 4 ounces cream cheese softened
 - 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
 - 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
 - 10 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for garnish
 - Crushed Oreos or sprinkles for topping

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor or blender until they form fine crumbs.
In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the mixture and roll into balls using your hands. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Freeze the pumpkin Oreo balls for about 20 minutes to firm up for easier dipping.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place the dipped balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with cinnamon, crushed Oreos, or decorative sprinkles as desired.
Let the chocolate coating set completely at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for quicker setting.
Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy.
