Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 10 ounces white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for garnish
  • Crushed Oreos or sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Pulse the Oreo cookies in a food processor or blender until they form fine crumbs.
  • In a large bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs, softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
  • Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, portion the mixture and roll into balls using your hands. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Freeze the pumpkin Oreo balls for about 20 minutes to firm up for easier dipping.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off. Place the dipped balls back onto the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle with cinnamon, crushed Oreos, or decorative sprinkles as desired.
  • Let the chocolate coating set completely at room temperature or place them in the refrigerator for quicker setting.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy.
