- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
 - 4 kiwis peeled and sliced
 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
 - 1 teaspoon honey
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
 - Pinch of sea salt
 
 
On a clean cutting board, cut the fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks and set them aside.
Peel the kiwis and slice them into rounds or half-moons for variety and texture.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey until fully combined.
In a large mixing bowl, add the pineapple chunks and sliced kiwis. Drizzle the lime and honey mixture over the fruit.
