- 1 pound lean ground beef
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 medium yellow onion diced
 - 1 green bell pepper diced
 - 1 cup white mushrooms diced
 - 2 cloves garlic minced
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
 - 4 slices provolone cheese
 - 4 slices American cheese
 - 6 hamburger buns toasted

In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté diced onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms for about 5 minutes until softened.
Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Push the vegetables to the side of the pan and add the ground beef. Cook the beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Drain any excess grease from the skillet if needed.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Mix to combine everything well.
Lower the heat and add both provolone and American cheese. Stir until the cheese melts completely and forms a creamy mixture with the meat and vegetables.
Remove from heat. Spoon the cheesy beef mixture onto toasted hamburger buns.
Serve immediately while hot. Enjoy with fries or a side salad.
