Ingredients

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • Sprinkles or crushed Oreos for topping

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a food processor or blender, pulse the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Reserve about 2 tablespoons if you wish to sprinkle some on top.
  • Transfer the crumbs to a mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese and mix thoroughly using a rubber spatula until fully combined and smooth.
  • Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Chill the balls in the freezer for 20 minutes or in the fridge for 1 hour until firm.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  • Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off before placing back on the parchment paper.
  • Immediately garnish with sprinkles or reserved cookie crumbs before the coating sets.
  • Once all balls are coated, refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to firm up.
  • Serve chilled or at room temperature and enjoy.
