Ingredients
  

  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place the mint leaves and sugar into the bottom of a sturdy glass.
  • Use a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon to gently press and twist the mint leaves to release their oils.
  • Squeeze the lime juice into the glass and stir to mix with the sugar and mint.
  • Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the club soda until the glass is full. Stir gently to combine.
  • Garnish with lime slices and a sprig of fresh mint.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
