Ingredients

  • 12 chocolate striped fudge cookies
  • 12 chocolate kiss candies
  • 6 tablespoons vanilla frosting
  • Orange or purple food coloring
  • Halloween-themed sprinkles

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix vanilla frosting with a few drops of food coloring until you achieve your desired shade. Stir until the color is evenly combined.
  • Place the fudge cookies textured side down on a serving tray, creating the base of the witch hats.
  • Use a small spoon or piping bag to pipe a circle of the colored frosting in the center of each cookie.
  • Press a chocolate kiss candy on top of the frosting, gently pressing down so that the frosting creates a visible brim around the base of the candy.
  • While the frosting is still soft, add Halloween-themed sprinkles around the base to decorate the brim of the hat.
  • Repeat until all cookies are assembled into witch hats.
  • Let the treats sit at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes to set before serving.
