Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes while you preheat the grill.
  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. If using skewers, thread the shrimp onto them now.
  • Place the shrimp on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are opaque and have nice grill marks.
  • Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
