Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound cheese ravioli
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, sauté the garlic for about one minute until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another two minutes, allowing the flavors to develop.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to low and simmer for four to five minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the spinach and stir until it wilts into the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Gently fold in the cooked ravioli, coating them thoroughly with the creamy Tuscan sauce. Cook for one to two minutes more to heat everything through.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan before serving.
