- 1 pound cheese ravioli
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 3 cloves garlic minced
 - 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
 - 2 cups fresh baby spinach
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - Salt to taste
 - Black pepper to taste
 - Fresh basil for garnish

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, sauté the garlic for about one minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another two minutes, allowing the flavors to develop.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Reduce heat to low and simmer for four to five minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the spinach and stir until it wilts into the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Gently fold in the cooked ravioli, coating them thoroughly with the creamy Tuscan sauce. Cook for one to two minutes more to heat everything through.
Garnish with fresh basil and additional Parmesan before serving.
