Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 4 graham crackers crushed for topping

Instructions
 

  • Add the cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend on high for 30 to 45 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • In serving cups or jars, layer a spoonful of the blended cottage cheese mixture.
  • Add sliced strawberries and banana on top.
  • Sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and a few mini chocolate chips.
  • Continue layering until each cup is full.
  • Top with shredded coconut and crushed graham crackers for some extra crunch.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
