- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter for cooking

In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, rolled oats, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, honey, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
