- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 2/3 cup granulated sugar
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 cup whole milk
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 - For the cinnamon swirl:
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a standard 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk the granulated sugar and eggs until light and slightly frothy. Add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix gently with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter to make the swirl mixture.
Spoon about one tablespoon of muffin batter into each muffin cup. Add a small spoonful of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top of the batter. Repeat with another layer of muffin batter and another of the cinnamon swirl.
Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the batter to create a marbled effect.
Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely or enjoy warm.
