Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1 cup croutons crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Grill or cook chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
  • In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until well coated.
  • Lay tortillas flat and divide the dressed lettuce among them.
  • Top each with sliced chicken, parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of crushed croutons.
  • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
  • Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
