- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
 - 4 large flour tortillas
 - 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
 - 1 cup Caesar dressing
 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
 - 1 cup croutons crushed
 
 
Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, then season both sides with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Grill or cook chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side, until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
Transfer chicken to a cutting board and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until well coated.
Lay tortillas flat and divide the dressed lettuce among them.
Top each with sliced chicken, parmesan cheese, cherry tomatoes, and a sprinkle of crushed croutons.
Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.
