- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon chopped
- 1 bag frozen tater tots 32 ounces
- 2 green onions sliced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup. Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
Fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the chopped bacon into the chicken mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish using a spatula.
Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single even layer on top of the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and chopped bacon evenly over the tater tots.
