Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced onions and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until softened and lightly caramelized.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add shredded chicken to the skillet and stir to combine. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until everything is warmed through. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Stir in chopped parsley, then remove the skillet from heat.
  • Warm the flour tortillas slightly in the microwave for easier folding.
  • Lay each tortilla flat and sprinkle half with a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  • Spoon the warm chicken mixture evenly over the cheese layer.
  • Fold each tortilla into a wrap, rolling from one side and tucking in the ends.
  • Place wraps seam-side down in a clean skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the tortillas are golden and crispy, and the cheeses are melted.
  • Slice in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
