Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 4 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing or preferred burger sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and break it up with a spoon.
  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until the beef is fully browned, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
  • Once cooked, remove beef from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.
  • Prepare the base of each bowl by adding 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce.
  • Top each bowl with equal portions of cherry tomatoes, chopped pickles, diced red onion, shredded carrots, and crumbled bacon.
  • Spoon the warm cheesy ground beef mixture on top of the vegetables.
  • Drizzle each bowl with 1 tablespoon of dressing or sauce of your choice.
  • Serve immediately. You can mix everything together or layer it for presentation.
