  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 small red onion finely diced
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate. Once cooled, crumble into bite-sized pieces.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Gently fold in the crumbled bacon.
