- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon
 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
 - 1 small red onion finely diced
 - 1 cup raisins
 - 1 cup sunflower seeds
 - 1 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
