 - 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
 - 1 tablespoon butter
 - Half yellow onion finely diced
 - 2 cloves garlic minced
 - 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
 - 3 cups whole milk
 - 1 cup chicken broth
 - Half cup sour cream
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
