Ingredients
  

  • 6 large all-butter croissants
  • 12 slices deli-style ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 pinch garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Slice each croissant in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
  • In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard and honey.
  • Spread about one teaspoon of the mustard-honey mixture on the inside of each croissant half.
  • Place two slices of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  • Top with the other half of the croissant to close the sandwich.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with poppy seeds, garlic powder, and parsley flakes.
  • Use a pastry brush to gently brush the tops of the croissants with the seasoned butter mixture.
  • Place the assembled croissants on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.
