- 6 large all-butter croissants
 - 12 slices deli-style ham
 - 6 slices Swiss cheese
 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted
 - 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
 - 1 pinch garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Slice each croissant in half horizontally using a serrated knife.
In a small bowl, mix together Dijon mustard and honey.
Spread about one teaspoon of the mustard-honey mixture on the inside of each croissant half.
Place two slices of ham and one slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
Top with the other half of the croissant to close the sandwich.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with poppy seeds, garlic powder, and parsley flakes.
Use a pastry brush to gently brush the tops of the croissants with the seasoned butter mixture.
Place the assembled croissants on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
Let cool slightly before serving.
